During the operation of the equipment, due to the large amount of corrosive dust and smoke generated during the processing of the processed parts, these dust and smoke are deposited on the surface of the guide rail and the straight shaft for a long time, which greatly affects the processing accuracy of the equipment. And it will form corrosion spots on the surface of the straight shaft of the guide rail, shortening the service life of the equipment. In order to make the machine work normally and stably and ensure product quality, it is necessary to do a good job of daily maintenance of the guide rail and the straight shaft. To clean the guide rails, please prepare-dry cotton cloth and lubricating oil. For example, the guide rails of the engraving machine are divided into linear guides and roller guides. Cleaning of linear guide: first move the laser head to the right (or left) to find the linear guide. Wipe with a dry cotton cloth until it is bright and dust-free, and add a small amount of lubricant (you can use sewing machine oil, do not use oil). Slowly push the laser head several times to distribute the lubricant evenly.

Store it directly on the floor of the warehouse, because the ground will accelerate the evaporation of rust preventive oil, so this requires you to pay more attention when using it.
